Barberton Paragliding Open '26

The Barberton Paragliding Open is the longest-running paragliding competition in Africa. The event will take place from 14 to 20 June 2026 with Saturday, 13 June reserved as unofficial practice day. There will be shutlles available from the golf club to the Lone Tree Hill take off and permits for all participants on practice day. The event safety and recovery services and plans only effective from Day 1 of the event for registered participants. The location is the historical mining town of Barberton with the Barberton Golf Club as the official meet centre and the Lone Tree Hill launch site as the official launch. See you there!
